Assistance Dog Log - Fast logging for IAADP requirements

Designed for handlers training their own assistance or service dogs

I originally I made this app to help me with training my assistance dog. I've made it public in the hopes that it can help you, too!

I was struggling to do all the record keeping recommended by the International Association of Assistance Dog Partners (IAADP), but I felt having it was going to be important. So I jumped out of their word doc template and made the app I wished existed to support us.

By the way, I'm not affiliated with the IAADP in any way. I'm just someone who wanted a better way to log what they recommended.

There has been some special attention given to people working toward the IAADP minimum standards in the form of charts and graphs, but you can easily adjust this output.
